Problème de mémorisation des préférences

Bonjour,
Avant de poster j'ai bien cherché sur le forum mais j'ai l'impression d'être le seul à connaitre ce problème. Chaque fois que je referme Icompta, tous mes réglages d'agrandissement de fenêtre, de largeur de colonnes etc. sont perdus lors du lancement suivant. La fenêtre s'ouvre systématiquement (4 fois sur 5) en mode minimal, mes colonnes sont à régler à nouveau... Je suis lassé de devoir refaire ces réglages à chaque fois. j'ai tenté un semblant de solution proposée lors d'une version Béta, à savoir supprimer un dossier et lancer une commande dans Terminal, mais rien chez moi. Ceci se produit depuis le passage à la version 5.1.

Il y a de fortes chances que ce soit un problème du système mais pouvez-vous m'envoyer les messages de log pour confirmer ? Il faut ouvrir l'application /Applications/Utilitaires/Console.app, regarder dans "Tous les messages" et me copier/coller les lignes qui commencent par iCompta. Merci

Apparemment il y a un problème avec les droits d'écriture du dossier Bibliothèque/Containers/com.lyricapps.iCompta5, vous devriez essayer de supprimer ce dossier pour voir si ça règle le problème.

Je l'ai déjà supprimé à plusieurs reprises comme j'avais pu le lire dans d'autres posts. Mais rien n'y fait.

Ce que vous pouvez faire c'est créer un autre utilisateur dans les Préférences Système puis ouvrir une session avec cet utilisateur et voir si vous avez le même problème.

L'entête de colonnes se présentent maintenant sous 3 lignes, impossible de passer les opérations en une seule ligne même en cochant cette option dans les préférences ! J'ai supprimé l'application puis réinstallé depuis l'App Store, mais c'est la même chose..... Je commence à regretter la version 5

En fait je n'avais pas lu votre message concernant la création d'un nouvel utilisateur et j'ai continué à effectuer des essais de mon côté sur la cession habituelle. Le problème des entêtes de colonne est résolu. J'ai restauré mon fichier d'hier avec TM.

Pour la mémorisation de la taille de la fenêtre rien à faire et j'ai donc essayé votre proposition de créer un nouvel utilisateur et après une dizaine d'ouverture et fermeture successives (point rouge et cmd Q) la fenêtre de l'appli est toujours restée mémorisée ! Je précise que j'ai effectué ces essais avec un fichier vierge d'Icompta.

Donc ça confirme ce que je pensais, c'est bien un problème système avec votre session. Vous pouvez essayer de faire une réparation des autorisations avec l'application "Utilitaire de disque" pour voir si ça aide ou carrément réinstaller le système.
