Enregistrement impossible avec synchro Dropbox activée

Bonjour,

Je suis sous Yosemite. J'ai bien la version finale de iCompta 5, il m'est cependant impossible d'enregistrer le document dès que l'option synchro dropbox est activée. J'obtiens le message : "le document XX n'a pas pu être enregistré ". Tout fonctionne parfaitement si je désactive la synchro dropbox. Par ailleurs il m'est impossible de cocher la synchro avec iCloud, pourtant je n'ai pas migré mon compte vers iCloud Drive.

Pouvez-vous ouvrir l'application /Applications/Utilitaires/Console.app, regarder dans "Tous les messages" s'il y a des lignes sur iCompta et me les copier/coller ? Merci

Il semblerait que ce soit un problème de connexion à Dropbox, essayez peut-être de vous déconnecter puis reconnecter via le bouton dans la page synchronisation.

Merci pour votre réponse mais j'avais déjà essayé avant. Même de déconnecter le compte. Par ailleurs ça n'explique pas pourquoi la case icloud est grisée et non cochable

Ce qui est forcément gênant puisque j'utilise ma base sur 3 mac, un ipad et un iphone.
Une autre info aussi sur le panneau de configuration de synchronisation....un oubli surement on est bien passé à compta 5 ?

J'ai vu dans le log "iCompta Beta", vous essayez bien sur la version finale et pas la beta ? Car dans la beta la synchronisation iCloud est désactivé c'est normal.

Ok, donc quand vous vous connectez sur la fenêtre Dropbox, ensuite vous pouvez cocher la case pour activer la synchronisation Dropbox ?
Ensuite vous faites Fichier > Sauver (ou Pomme + S) et là la barre de progression à côté de la case à cocher se remplit bien ?
Enfin quand vous fermer puis rouvrez iCompta, la case à cocher s'est désactivé toute seule c'est bien ça ?
