Impossible de fusionner les changements

Bonjour,

Je suis sur icompta demo depuis quelques jours. Et aujourd'hui il m'est impossible d'enregistrer.

Le message est le suivant : "Le document « CompteNS.comptadb » n’a pas pu être enregistré. Impossible de fusionner les changements."

Je suis sous Mavericks et icompta 5.0.2

Je rencontre quasiment le même problème:"Le document n'a pas pu être enregistré automatiquement. Le document "Sans titre n'a pas pu être enregistré automatiquement. Impossible de fusionner les changements."

J'ai essayé de dupliquer le fichier, mais j'obtiens la même réponse.

La synchronisation iCloud semble avoir fonctionné (d'après l'horaire de la dernière synchro), mais je ne peux pas y accéder à partir de ma tablette et d'iCompta 3.

Je travaille sur Mac OS Mavericks et iCompta 5.0.2.

J'espère ne pas perdre mes 3 heures de travail d'aujourd'hui suite à mon passage de Money à iCompta....

Pouvez-vous ouvrir l'application /Applications/Utilitaires/Console.app, regarder dans "Tous les messages" s'il y a des lignes sur iCompta et me les copier/coller ? Merci

Même problème pour moi : "Le document n'a pas pu être enregistré. Impossible de fusionner les changements."

Je viens de passer 1h à pointer mes dernières opérations... comment faire pour ne pas perdre mon travail ?

Ben la solution il n'y en a qu'une malheureusement, c'est de forcer à quitter et recommencer. Je n'ai pas encore réussi à déterminer ce qui causait le problème.

Même problème chez moi. J'étais occupé à modifier mes opérations en échéancier et à passer parfois par l'édition des catégories (et sous catégories). La seule petite "anomalie" que j'avais constaté, c'est que si j'ajoutais une sous-catégorie dans la fenêtre des catégories, la sous-catégorie ajoutée n'apparaissait pas dans le pop menu de l'opération (à échéance) qui était restée en cours d'édition. Il fallait Valider puis rééditer. Alors que l'ajout d'une catégorie simple se répercutait bien dans le pop menu. Peut-être une piste ? Ou simple problème de cache?
