saisie automatique V5

pouvez-vous me dire quelle manip active la saisie automatique ? car combien de fois je saisie le nom de l'opération et rien n'apparaît alors que le débiteur est enregistré dans la base de donnée...
la saisie automatique liée au nom du débiteur m'évite de renseigner les autres paramètres comme moyen de paiement, catégorie etc.....
j'essaye tout comme création de l'opération par le clic droit de la souris ou ajouter l'opération par le signe plus fenêtre à droite... cela ne marche pas et puis soudain à force de cliquer partout miracle cela marche !!!
je me sers de votre logiciel pour ma société donc j'ai un certain nombre de débiteur et la saisie automatique me fait gagner du temps. Merci pour votre aide.

Il n'y a rien à faire si ce n'est tapper le début du nom d'une opération existante, c'est automatique.

le problème est à l'ouverture de icompta dès la saisie d'une nouvelle opération... la saisie automatique ne marche pas. j'ai beau saisir les premières lettres de mon fournisseur rien ne vient contrairement à l'ancienne version de icompta. Du coup je clique sur d'autres opérations, ou fait des rapprochements etc... ensuite je créée de nouveau mon opération et miracle cela marche... mais ce n'est pas à tous les coups...

Après avoir lancé iCompta et constaté que ça ne marchait pas, pouvez-vous ouvrir l'application /Applications/Utilitaires/Console.app, regarder dans "Tous les messages" s'il y a des lignes sur iCompta et me les copier/coller ? Merci

Je ne suis pas convaincu que ce soit ça mais pouvez-vous mettre EUR dans la colonne code pour l'Euro dans l'écran des monnaies pour voir si ça change quelque chose ?
