synchronisation iphone depuis maj 3.1

Bonsoir,
Depuis la mise à jour sur iphone (icompta 3.1), il m'est impossible de synchroniser (en local).
Quelqu'un a-t-il le même problème ? Je n'avais aucun problème jusque avant hier.
L'ordinateur et l'iphone 5 ne semblent pas pouvoir communiquer. Je n'ai pas le choix du sens d'envoi du fichier (souhaité ici mac vers iphone).

Quelle version avez-vous sur le Mac ? Vérifiez que la mise à jour 5.1 s'est bien faite sur le Mac également sinon lancez l'application Mac App Store pour le faire.

Merci de m'avoir répondu. Effectivement, je n'avais pas fait la mise à jour côté mac...
Cette opération faite, j'ai de nouveau cherché à synchroniser en local (par filaire). En synchronisation je vois bien le nom du fichier dans chaque appareil,
mais en cliquant il ne se passe rien (même en attendant). En insistant un message d'erreur apparaît "erreur, la connexion a été interrompue."
Pouvez-vous de nouveau m'aider. Je vous en remercie.

Après avoir retenté une synchronisation, pouvez-vous ouvrir l'application /Applications/Utilitaires/Console.app, regarder dans "Tous les messages" s'il y a des lignes sur iCompta et me les copier/coller ? Merci

Merci ça ne dit pas grand chose malheureusement. Pouvez-vous essayez de redémarrer votre iPhone, votre Mac et surtout votre box ADSL ou routeur ?

J'ai essayé plusieurs fois sans succès. De même, j'ai essayé de désinstaller-réinstaller l'aps icopmpta3 de l'iphone.
De même sur itunes. Sans résultat.

Vous initialisez la connexion depuis le Mac ou l'iPhone ? Essayez l'inverse pour voir si ça passe mieux.
