CMD + W fait planter iCompta avec Sierra

Bonjour
Depuis des années, j'utilise Cmd+S et ensuite Cmd+W pour fermer le compte sans fermer l'app. Depuis Sierra, Cmd+W au clavier fait planter iCompta. C'est systématique. J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé iCompta sans succès. C'est "Cmd+W" au clavier qui fait planter. Si j'utilise le menu FICHIER/FERMER, pas de problème. J'ai un nouveau MacBook Pro et le problème a suivit. Voici le début du message
